30-Day Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items

should be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.

Free Return Shipping

Returns are completely free. Once you request a return, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label —

no cost to you.

No Restocking Fees

We never charge restocking fees. You’ll receive a full refund for the price of the returned item(s).

No Final Sale Items

Every item is eligible for return — including sale and promotional items. Nothing is marked final

sale.

How to Start a Return

1 Email us at theafricansurrogate@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like

to return.

2 We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with your prepaid return label and instructions.

3 Drop the package off at your nearest carrier location.

4 Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7

business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of

delivery and we’ll make it right immediately.
